At this stage, Disable Comments RB provides a single global option:

comments enabled
comments disabled

When comments are disabled, they are turned off across the entire site.
When comments are enabled, WordPress comment functionality works as usual.

This global toggle ensures consistent behavior and avoids unexpected edge cases.

When to use a global toggle

A global comment toggle is useful for many types of websites, including:
