Interface integration

RB Forms is designed to integrate seamlessly into the native WordPress admin and front-end interfaces. The plugin follows familiar WordPress UI patterns, so creating, managing, and using forms feels natural for administrators and intuitive for site visitors.

Native WordPress Admin Integration

After installation, RB Forms appears as a dedicated menu item in the WordPress dashboard.

From the admin area you can:

• View a list of all created forms
• Quickly add a new form using the Add New RB Form button
• See submission counters and creation dates directly in the forms list
• Open and manage form submissions without leaving the form editor

RB Forms uses standard WordPress screens, tables, and actions, ensuring full compatibility with different admin themes and screen sizes.

Form Editor Experience

Each form has its own editor screen that combines configuration and submission management in one place:

• Form title at the top for easy identification
• Records (submissions) panel showing incoming messages
• Options panel with tabs:
  • Main
  • Fields
  • Dialog
  • Notifications

This layout allows you to configure the form and monitor submissions without switching between multiple pages.

Front-End Integration

RB Forms integrates directly into your website’s front-end without requiring shortcodes or custom blocks.

Floating Button

When enabled, a floating button appears on your pages:

• The button follows the site design and stays visible while scrolling
• Clicking the button opens the form in a modal dialog
• Button text, icon, color, and size can be customized per form

This approach ensures high visibility and easy access to contact or feedback forms.

Modal Dialog Forms

Forms are displayed inside a clean, responsive dialog:

• Opens instantly without page reloads
• Matches the site’s layout and typography
• Displays validation messages and success confirmations inline

After successful submission, users receive immediate feedback directly inside the dialog.

Submission Handling in Admin

All form submissions are integrated into the WordPress admin workflow:

• Submissions appear in the Records section of the form
• Unread submissions can be filtered
• Each record can be opened in a modal for detailed review
• Admins can delete individual records or clear all submissions

This keeps form data centralized and easy to manage.

Responsive and Device-Friendly

RB Forms interfaces are fully responsive:

• Admin screens work on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
• Front-end dialogs adapt to different screen sizes
• Floating buttons remain accessible on touch devices
